Edie, I just did that on a Motorcycle as You know Hwy 1 has been closed for a couple of years so I was itching to ride it again. I left Monterrey in the morning after spending a long weekend at Laguna Seca Raceway watching Motor America Motorcycle racing. I stopped many times to enjoy the View of one of the most beautiful Coastlines in the World, no matter how many times I’ve driver or ridden it something new catches my eye !!! I spent the night in Morro Bay at the campground and finished the trip at Bass Lake Camping with an equally inspiring ride through Yosemite in the early morning, no crowds, great views, incredible trip. We are so blessed to have such an amazing Coast and Mountains in California, truly a gift. Cheers Sal
